I was helped, successfully, right away. I let them know one out of the two links didn't work, just in case they needed to know. And I got a "thanks for the heads up" response. It's small but that's customer service right there. Even if what I pointed out didn't matter. I'm sure in Tech a lot of personalities don't have the catering/affirming/nurturing aspects of customer service. But it's easy to learn and makes all the difference.
