2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form on our Website, we collect your name, email address, subject line, and message content.
Newsletter subscriptions. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
Network readiness reports. When you choose to send or save a network readiness report, we collect the company name, contact name, and contact email address you provide for that report.
Information Collected Automatically (Website)
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our Website, including pages viewed, time spent on pages, referral sources, device type, browser type, and general geographic location. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Bot protection data. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. Turnstile may collect interaction data such as browser characteristics and behavioral signals during the verification process.
Network performance measurements. If you run the browser-based network readiness test, we measure bandwidth, latency, jitter, packet loss, browser/device context, and your public IP address during the active test. Browser test sessions are short-lived. The test does not create a public report link or persistent account history.
Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps of requests.
