Information Collected Automatically (Website)

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our Website, including pages viewed, time spent on pages, referral sources, device type, browser type, and general geographic location. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Bot protection data. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. Turnstile may collect interaction data such as browser characteristics and behavioral signals during the verification process.

Network performance measurements. If you run the browser-based network readiness test, we measure bandwidth, latency, jitter, packet loss, browser/device context, and your public IP address during the active test. Browser test sessions are short-lived. The test does not create a public report link or persistent account history.

Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps of requests.

  • Analytics data — Retained per Google Analytics default retention settings (currently 14 months).
  • Cookie consent choices — Stored on your device in cc_cookie for 182 days from the date you make a choice.
  • Server logs — Retained per our hosting provider's default retention periods.
