Test your VoIP network readiness
Find latency, jitter, packet loss, and bandwidth issues before your phones or 3CX app go live.
VoIP readiness test
Find call quality problems before phones go live.
This browser test checks bandwidth, latency, jitter, packet loss, and voice codec behavior against TVS infrastructure.
What runs in your browser
The full test takes about two minutes. It runs one bandwidth phase and three voice-quality phases for G.711, G.729, and Opus.
- Best from the same network your phones or 3CX app will use.
- No contact information is required to see your result.
- Company, name, and email are requested only when you send/save the report.
Why this is not a generic speed test
Phone calls are sensitive to packet timing, not just raw download speed. A network can look fast and still produce choppy audio when latency, jitter, packet loss, or firewall behavior gets in the way.
When to run it
Run the full test from the same network path your users will take. Use wired Ethernet for desk phones, Wi-Fi for softphones, or cellular data when you are checking the 3CX mobile app.
What the results show
You will see a plain-language readiness result, the measured bandwidth, voice-quality metrics, estimated call capacity, and any recommendations that need attention.
